"I stopped in without an appointment. Everyone was nice enough. I would prefer not to give agents low reviews but how else can you rank State Farm as a whole? They make it harder to switch agents than to leave State Farm altogether. Even though I am with State Farm, only my agent can view my policy. So I am unable to get a second opinion on whether I have the appropriate coverage. I go to an agent for their expertise but feel like I'm supposed to be the expert."

"Candace was so amazing and helpful! I had to get an AZ auto policy after moving from out of state and she was so knowledgeable and helped quote me a few different ways to compare. She was incredibly responsive and always willing to assist where I needed because I was under a time crunch so that my car registration could go through! She was so nice and understanding even if I didn’t know much about insurance. I highly recommend her and this whole branch! I do my renters insurance through them too! Thank you for being so amazing and kind and treating me like a real person not just another customer!☺️"
